January 16th, 2024 - Edm is thrilled to welcome three new team members to our company: Allison, Matthew, and Jim. Allison is hired as edm's newest Marketing Coordinator and Admin Assistant, Matthew is the newest Structural Engineer, and Jim is the new Manager of Structural Engineering. 

As the Marketing Coordinator and Admin Assistant, Allison will be responsible for all internal and external marketing initiatives at edm. She graduated from Siena College in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a concentration in Digital Marketing and Communications and a minor in Management. She has previous marketing experience in almost every aspect of marketing including social media, digital analytics, and sales. Allison is excited to join edm and explore the A/E industry. 

Matthew joins us as the newest Structural Engineer. He went to Mohawk Valley Community College for his first two years of college, then transferred to Clarkson University where he graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Matthew has worked at two structural engineering firms, Hogan Engineering and P&O Engineering, before he started at edm. He is currently in the process of applying and studying for his NY PE license. Matthew is always ready to learn something new and is excited for what edm has to offer.

Jim joins edm as the newest Manager of Structural Engineering. He graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus in Structural Engineering and Mechanics from the University of Connecticut in 2001. Jim also obtained his Master of Science in 2005 from the University of Connecticut. Furthermore, he is a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Connecticut and he has nearly 20 years of experience. Jim has extensive engineering experience and will be a great asset to the team. He is excited to begin his journey at edm.
