Overview
Code improvements and needed structural repairs provided opportunity to refresh this student-run multipurpose center, located in an historic chapel building. The design configured a new coffee bar, cafe and lounge seating areas, and performance and assembly areas while respecting the integrity of its original historic design. Salvaged metal grille details, from the original stair, were incorporated into the new guardrail.
