Overview
Conversion of an outdated existing 1980’s era bank facility into a new 3000 SF branch for a growing regional bank. Existing brick veneer walls were maintained, while the roof structure was removed and a new gabled roof and upper level mechanical room were added. Project included gut renovation of interior, FF&E, and featured a daylight teller line. The project was awarded LEED Gold status.
