Overview
edm designed a prototype branch for PeoplesBank, featuring an interplay of bold exterior forms that maximize visibility along its commercial strip location and create a unique brand for this growing bank. The customer lobby’s open plan concept, enhanced daylighting, and spacious views (through cable-supported glazing) all contribute to a comfortable customer experience. Custom teller pod designs respond to new trends in financial customer service. edm is currently planning additional branches, which will utilize concepts developed in this prototype. The project is designed and engineered to achieve LEED Gold certification.
