Crane & Co. Model Farm

Overview
The initial project involved the conversion of a 6,000 SF historic 1906 Crane family mansion into a training and conference center for Crane & Company. The building is adjacent to the Crane main offices. The project included restoration of the exterior and first floor of the building and renovation of the second floor into state-of-the-art training rooms. Building additions housing a cafeteria, an elevator and stairs were included. At a later date, edm also designed an executive apartment in a portion of the mansion's second floor.
