Overview
Historic interior and exterior restoration/ renovation of a 1903 playhouse and vaudeville theatre. edm acted as the local architect and mechanical/electrical engineer for the project. The renovation included an enlarged stagehouse and new guest facilities in the adjacent 1920’s era auto dealership building to create a modern performing arts center. The project was reviewed by the National Park Service to qualify for tax credits.
