Overview

Part of a 6-story, 72,000 SF tenant improvement project for a growing regional bank (who’s motto is “America’s Most Exciting Bank”), edm designed and planned the 12,000 SF top floor renovations to accommodate the Executive Level. The design features playful forms, distinct finishes and materials, and thoughtfully selected furnishing and fixtures. Features include acoustic glazed conference rooms, use of daylighting (from above) into interior oriented spaces, and a custom Board Room with a unique A/V solution incorporating large format automated, mobile presentation monitors.
